- In an effort to maximize everyone’s time efficiently, I require 24hr advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

- No Call/Show appointments will have to pay in full after two consecutive failures to keep your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will need to reschedule or be moved to a “walk-in” status in which you will have to wait until an open slot becomes available.

- Due to a number of hair variables (length, thickness, extra services, human hair) all services are starting at prices. Prices are subject to change without notice
- Complimentary Cleansing of your scalp (shampoos and conditioners) included with your initial style.
- Synthetic hair and yarn are provided for styles that require them.
- Human hair not provided in any styles.
- Please come to your appointment alone. Our shop is intimate. Space is at a premium.
If you must bring a guest, let us know in advance.
- Because of the above, children are not allowed unless they are receiving services or are approved in advance.
